Our Process: With our easy to follow eight step process, you can be certain that you made the right decision from step one, the estimate. Our estimator will inspect your vehicle and tell you how much the repair will cost. Step two is the authorization where you approve our service and we will order the needed parts. Once all of the parts arrive, we will move into step three, the disassembly. Your vehicle will be assigned to a technician and they will disassemble the car to make sure all of the damage has been identified. Frequently additional hidden damage is found, but we make sure to provide you with all the information you need to make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly. In step four, we will order any supplemental parts needed. This is also where we fix the body portion of the vehicle. Step five is paint. After the body portion is complete, we will paint the vehicle to original factory standards. Step six is when your final payment is due. Step seven is the final assembly where your vehicle will return to the body department for final assembly of the parts and will be cleaned to pre-accident condition. Finally, in step eight, your vehicle receives its final quality check and a road test (if needed). All of this happens and then is returned back to you. This process may be long, but you can be sure that it is fixed correctly.
